Workshop: how to make an instrument of your own body

At KulturRaum Neruda, a rather interesting jam session will take place this Wednesday. Brazilian body percussionist (you read right – making music by making a drum out of your own body, more or less), Charles Raszl, will teach two workshops on Brazilian Body Music on Wednesday and Thursday. You’ll learn how to use your body as a percussion instrument on which you can get down jamming, clapping, stomping and doing your thing at KulturRaum Neruda. Expect some magic to happen with your hands. Check out the details for the events on Wednesday and Thursday. Here’s what you’ll hopefully end up sounding like when you participate:

Recommended if you like: making music with what you got, being socially active, doing weird things, having weird party tricks up your sleeve, stepping outside your comfort zone, being in the zone, clapping your hands at the right moments in songs, clapping in general, learning some rythm
