Come celebrate Simmering and the 11th district’s unique flair this Saturday as a festival spreads itself out along Simmeringer Hauptstrasse. The street will be largely closed for the festivities (drivers out there, keep that in mind) where food and drinks and all the other stuff you find at a Vienna street festival will be served up. There’ll be plenty of entertainment for kids too: pony ride (we wanna ride the pony!), bouncy castles and a carousel.
Plus: at the Zippererstraße U-bahn station, there’ll be a little flea market, selling kids clothes and antiques. If you want to sell, mail office@vzfm.at to sign up.
