Around this time of year marks a peak when the best fruit and vegetables are available in Austria, and in honour of this, the fancy hotel Palais Hansen Kempinski is a kinda’ party for all vegans and vegetarians. They’ll be cooking up a whole range of exciting and original vegan and veggie dishes while the Palais DJ plays some sounds to fit.
