‘Der marktgerechte Mensch’ deals with the issues of the current employment market, specifically how people are increasingly treated like expendable products and less like, well, people. Sounds quite pessimistic, but the goal of the film is actually to encourage everyone to team up against the declining conditions in the hope for a better life for us all. There’s also a discussion afterwards.
