The world’s first oil-painted feature film, Loving Vincent, will be screened at the Filmcasino this week. This animated masterpiece is the first of its kind, as up until now the oil-painting technique has been reserved for short movies only. In this movie, art pieces of Vincent van Gogh are turned into beautiful scenes, and shine a light on the tragic events that surrounded his death.
