The middle of March marks International Women’s Day, and around this date, the Tricky Women festival will be taking place at the Metro Kinokulturhaus. At the centre of this festival is the showcasing of awesome animated movies made by women. This year’s special focus will be on animated documentaries. The cool thing about this film festival is that besides screening movies that make you go ‘wow!’, there’ll also be workshops and lectures on the topic. For detailed info, check the program here.
