In light of this year’s (already past) mental health awareness month, this group art show at Improper Walls has lined up various artists to participate and share stories of their own, or someone else’s, struggle with mental health. Since art is an important tool for communication and expression, various media and styles will be present and raise awareness.

Recommended if you like: talking about the important things, clapping for people who are getting vulnerable and are speaking out, seeing feelings put on paper, supporting a good cause, reflecting about your own mental health
