The annual cherry blossom spring festival

Where: Donauinsel –Jedleseer Brücke

Thursday will see the annual Kirschenhain event at the Jedleseer Brücke. This annual event is meant to celebrate and commemorate the friendship between Austria and Japan. During the event, thousands of cherry trees will be planted.The trees have been donated by Japanese communities around Vienna. We suppose you should bring your cameras, because this stuff doesn’t happen every day. and cherry blossom trees are beautiful!
