The MAK are offering a fascinating tour this Sunday, full of insights into Vienna’s architecture buildings. Starting in the halls of the MAK itself, there will be a short tour of their current ‘POST OTTO WAGNER. Von der Postsparkasse zur Postmoderne,’ exhibit. From there, a pair of expert guides will take you to the Margaretengürtel, or also known as ‘the Ringstraße des Proletariats,’ where a wealth of examples of the architecture styles of Vienna’s massive state housing buildings, the Gemeindebau.
