This Saturday at TreibGut you can do yoga, sauna (all day long), and generally bask in the glow of a full day of self-care. If you want to challenge your yoga abilities … don’t forget to bring a yoga mat (and if you intend to not to offend others with your sweaty kecks, a towel). For a full day ticket, you can try out anything on offer, from yoga to sauna, and a cacao ceremony. If you are solely into doing Sauna (€10), go for it. Other Solo Ceremonies or Workshops will lighten your wallet to the tune of €20. Happy bending!
