If you laugh manically when somebody asks you if everything is alright, chances are you’re a little bit stressed. Cura Magika could be just what you need. This is a day of chilling out in a number of different ways. Electronic musicians, ALUNA, will take you on 3-hour journey, including guided meditation, a cup of ceremonial grade organic raw cacao (yum!) and a shamanic sound healing journey. And if you’re not as floppy as a jellyfish in a sauna after that, there’s also ecstatic dance, yoga, food and drink, and an actual sauna.
