Some of the World’s greatest bands met at school: Radiohead, U2, The Strokes. Perhaps German band Darjeeling figured this was a sensible business move when they did the same (or perhaps they just needed a distraction from Double-Science). They’ve metamorphosed through a number of musical styles over the years, including Unpop, Indie-Hipness and…Rock. This year, they released their second album, Hokus Pokus, a ‘trip to the glocal fun fair’ (global + local = glocal), so they like to keep things interesting!

Note that this gig is part of the Waves music festival & conference, with many other musical acts performing over the three day event.
