If you love yourself a bit of Josef Hader, you’re going to wet yourself when you see what’s happening this Wednesday night at the open air cinema in the Augarten. This Wednesday see ‘Der Überfall’, in which a hapless Austrian guy (Hader) fails at a robbery (in typical Hader style) only to find himself trapped in a tailors with an equally luckless tailor.
Recommended if you like: the Austrian dialect, outdoor cinemas, covering yourself in insect repellent before going to the cinema, comedic-tragedies that have a dark flavour to them, Viennese moaning about their lot for a few hours, dodgy wigs, a good old-fashioned botched job, the Hader brand of comedy
