Theater: a play set in a susbruban utopia… or is it dystopian?
Digitalis Trojana – Der See, die Stadt und das Ende
When: FRI–SAT, June 1–2, 8pm–9:45pm
Where: Schauspielhaus
Entry: 10–20€ (available here)
In this performance, you can live through life behind a wall, just like one well-known politician dreams of. In this production, which is seemingly the follow-up from another production ‘The Seestadt Saga’, the characters of the play will guide you through their gated utopian community. However, all is not safe and rosy as they’d like. As you could imagine, the fake news, populist politics and ‘technological protection’ that are rampant in this utopia are not everyone’s cup of tea.
