This Wednesday night, you can get a guided tour through Vienna’s first oyster mushroom farm by a startup called Hut & Stiel. You’ll get all the low down about their ‘shrooms, and how they grow out of recycled coffee dregs. By the way…Fesch’besuch is a new funky initiative from the Feschmarkt crowd that give you the opportunity to see behind the scenes of what the funky designers and artisan food producers at their market are doing.
