L.A. Punk Rock band The Regrettes have a 1950s vibe about them and write highly infectious tracks. If you mixed Courtney Barnett and Karen O with a sprinkling of Pixies and a dash of Ladytron and licked the spoon, you might have some idea of how they taste. They’ve been described as ‘Channeling classic doo-wop through a catchy garage-punk filter’, so if you like the sound of that, get yourself down to this gig.
