This isn’t going to be your regular old Martinigansl goose chow-down. For example, this meal will have starters such as crispy small goose falafel on red cabbage humus and braised pumpkin with harissa and pistachios. The main course will be organic goose with freekeh. So, what we’re saying is – this goose is getting freak-ay!… Be sure to reserve your spot and get there early as this dinner is offered up on a first come, first served basis!
