At this annual two-day open-air festival, the Hafen Open Air, local up-and-coming artists are being promoted, with semi-local (we’re talking German-based Söhne Mannheims here, so it kinda counts as local if we really stretch it) and local big headliners (Conchita WURST).  And it will be free!
