Cinemas are back and the Stadtkino has a beautiful film lined up for you. Honeyland is about Hatidze, who lives with her ailing mother in the mountains of Macedonia, making a living cultivating honey using ancient beekeeping traditions. All is peaceful until an unruly family moves in next door. Honeyland was one of the most awarded film out of this year’s Sundance Film Festival. Here’s a taste:
