Kumbia PARA Los Muertos

Get on down and jiggle your bones at this Day of the Dead celebration

Kumbia PARA Los Muertos

When: FRI, November 1, 8:30pm–11pm
Where: Fania Live
Entry: 10€, buy a ticket

We’re not 100% sure what this event is as the details are sketchy, but if you trust our sleuthing skills (and who wouldn’t? We once found a 1€ coin and a peanut down the back of the sofa), it looks very much like a Mexican Day of the Dead style celebration. The poster features a skeleton next to an ‘anarchy’ sign and some lightning, so we reckon this skeleton likes to live life on the edge (or perhaps that’s why he’s now a skeleton). What we do know for sure is that there’s dancing and celebrating on the Latin variety thanks to the bands, Cumbia Cooperativa (Prague) & Psikotrópikos (Vienna).

Recommended if you like: shaking your bones to bone-shaking music, slightly mysterious events that are probably very good fun, day of the dead, being a spooky mofo, skeletons, Mexico, drinking and dancing the night away
