If the image of small children gleefully tearing open presents has you shedding a tear for the rainforests that were felled to make their wrapping paper, you can console yourself by going to this event. Along with Zero Waste utensils, you’ll find Vegan (gluten-free) Christmas biscuits, cake and punch. And you can even bring your own jar to make your individual biscuit mix. Surely it can’t be long until Santa himself switches to a green costume made of hemp.
