The re-invented shoot ’em up has been itself… um re-invented. When originally filming the explosive road warrior hit, Mad Max: Fury Road, Director Miller had wanted it all done in black and chrome, but this wish was obviously shot down by the studios. However, now having made the box office revenue, he can do what he wants and has re-released it as he wished. Watch the trailer below – I think we can all agree that there is a certain beauty that this move by Miller brings. Who knew explosions could look so classy and almost pretty in black and white.
