Choose between honey, chilli and garlic sauce, rub them into two rows of sizzling, meaty ribs, grill it, and dig in – it’s Spareribs-Monday at Brot & Bier – the rustic Floridsdorf beisl meets America beer pub in the 21st district. You’ll also find on their Monday sparerib-ccentric menu, sparerib sandwiches, potato wedges, pasta spareribs and spareribs ravioli – wow, we have no idea what that is, but sounds like it’s totally worth a try if you’Re a die hard meat eater
