If your phone is full of photos that look like screenshots from Pokémon Go, but are actually snaps of your friends, this two day event in the MuseumsQuartier could be right up your PokéStop. This ‘Convention for all nerds’ (their words, not ours) features talks on manga, anime and sexuality in Japan, as well as plenty of cosplay, competitions and quizzes.
Recommended if you like: saying you’re going to the gym when you mean the one in Pokémon, wearing outfits that confuse the hell out of your local dry cleaners, waking up with coloured fluff all over you and not knowing how it got there, your business card just says ‘Nerd’ under your name, closing your eyes and pretending your spätzle are udon noodles
