This Thursday will see the 40th anniversary of the UN-proclaimed International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. In honour of this occasion, the PEN-Club is hosting a special evening with talks, readings and performances to raise awareness on a topic that’s unfortunately still a big issue today.
