The London-based modern Instrumentalists, Portico Quartet, will be taking their Ambient Electronic sound to the grunge of Grelle Forelle this Friday. Known for their use of the ‘hang’, – some newfangled modern percussion do–dah – they quickly made a name for themselves, and earned record signings back in the day. Now, on the back of a new release and an ‘accompanying’ side release that has come out of this year, they are touring. Have a little listen:
