Ever heard of PowerPoint-Karaoke? People get on stage and present a topic. Sounds boring, right? But it’s not. The presenters actually have no idea what they’ll be presenting until they’re seeing the first slide, and topics could be “Hyper, Hyper – The relevance of Scooter in a the astrophysical context,” or “April Fools – A joke in the basement of Austria.” It’s all about Improv. Spektakel with the team from the event organisers from FOMP will be hosting a PowerPoint-Karaoke session this Wednesday. If you’re brave, you can be one of the eight presenters. Or you can just sit back and enjoy the show from a safe distance in the audience.
Recommended if you like: loling, living on the bright side of life, getting up on stage and becoming a legend for a night, potentially earning yourself some free drinks, laughing until your belly hurts, stepping well outside your comoft zone, presenting in front of a crowd
