Revival of a book circle, with a feminist touch

A Vienna-based girl power network, Sorority, recently started a new event series at phil. In their literary salon, they revive the old tradition of a reader circle by having a good old discussion on a book of their choice. The only prerequisite to this circle: the book needs to have a relevance to feminism. This week’s edition will be focused on the book “Die Schildkröte” by Veza Canetti. Read the book, and join the discussion this Thursday, it’ll be free.
