German Rapper SSIO and got turned on to Hip-Hop around the turn of the millennium, but it was the 2012 release of his mixtape ‘Spezial Material’ that brought him attention. He really hit the big time when his debut album ‘BB.UMSS.N’ was released the following year, reaching #6 in the German charts and the top 20 in Austria. His style can vary between G-Funk and boom bap of the 1990s, and occasionally elements of New Jack Swing. Some of this tour is already sold out, so don’t dawdle if you want a ticket!
