Studio Dan started out as a Big Band ensemble during the first festival of the JazzWerkstatt Wien in 2005 and is now performing in a variety of formats, depending on the occasion. In their biennial concert series, More Creatures & Other New Stuff, they aim to show their composed and/or improvised musical creations. Be at Porgy & Bess this Tuesday if you want to catch them live. In this Wednesday’s edition, you’ll get to enjoy a string quartet.
