A sculpture tour followed by a tea and memory exchange
Tea Talk: Tracking memories?
When: FRI, April 20, 4pm–6pm
Where: 21er Haus
Entry: Free but registration necessary, here
Talks and tours are happening at the 21er gallery. This Friday there will be the opportunity to have a guided tour which showcases the British Sculptress, Rachael Whiteread’s current exhibition (she is the one who made the Holocaust memorial in the first district). After the tour, there will be tea served up alongwith a chance to have a chat. What makes this special is that a number of people on the tour (maybe even you) will have a refugee background. And with the theme of the tour being memories, the exchange offers everyone a glimpse into the different pasts, while uniting and creating memories for the future.
