It’s been 35 years since the Chernobyl catastrophe, and it still affects people today, and nuclear energy is still heavily discussed today. This play tells the stories of people still living in the exclusion zone and how an invisible deadly danger penetrated every corner of their environment and changed it forever. It is based on 500 interviews conducted in Belarus and Ukraine over many years, but it also addresses the fact that nuclear energy is still a heavily discussed topic regarding climate change. Go check out this play at the Odeon theater this week, it will definitely give you food for thought!
