They’re claiming it will be the most chilled festival of the year, and with names like the descendant of a Reggae God, Damian Marley, and Xavier Rudd in the program, we’d tend to buy into this claim. In the grungy open air setting of the graffiti-riddled Arena, this festival will be kicking off at 4pm and will have Reggae beats playing late into the night. Expect that funky smell of wacky tabacky and good vibes.
