Fresh water trout cooked on a stick in a tradition that goes back 300 years, is one of the most Austrian things there is. So if you want to get one last taste of summer, turn up at the Gasthaus, Leopolauer Alm, this Wednesday for a proper Austrian experience as they’ll be serving up XL Steckerlfisch (fish on a stick).
