In this retrospective, ‘Ydessa Hendeles. Death to Pigs’, you’ll get a great overview of the work by the Canadian artist, Ydessa Hendeles. The concept and idea of “Heimat” in both the historical sense and in today’s globalised world is the focus. Also, how it is influenced by mobility and involuntary migration lies at the heart of her work. The exhibition will be at Kunsthalle until May 27.
