Flatschers is one of those really busy places where you might want to make a reservation a couple of days before. But even if you don’t, you will be well tended to at the bar until one of the really courteous waiters set you up with a table. The burgers are as classic and live up to the high expectations that the atmosphere inspires: 100% beef, grilled on lava stone and spiced only with a pinch of sea salt. A pinch might also be felt in the prices as well, with burgers starting at 14.50 €. While it disguises itself as a diner, it’s got too much class to be one.
