The owner of this intimate, yet bold dining spot, Igor Kuznetsov, is a passionate purist when it comes to food! Only the best ingredients move through his kitchen, and only dishes full of flavours comes out. And you can’t just turn up to Noble Savage for a light bite – it’s all, or nothing at the Noble Savage!
If you reserve a table here (which you should before turning up), you can expect 8 dishes landing in front of you – all delicious, and all creatively put together and plated. Well, you can also order the small menu that includes only 4 dishes.
The menu changes daily, depending on what seasonal ingredients are on offer, meaning there’s always an element of surprise of what will land on the table in front of you.
Igor was the guy who kicked off one of the first Ramen eateries (Karma Ramen) in Vienna, before it was trending here, and he continues to be a pioneering contributor to Vienna’s foodie scene with Noble Savage.
Oh, and they’ve just started a popup lunch menu, which will see to it that the sound of slurping will be heard from the street as diners enjoy tasty bowls of Ramen.
