A full time programme is scheduled for this year’s Winterfest at Belvedere 21, including art talks, live performance pieces, installations, dancing, music and drinks. This is one awesome venue to make the most out of the grey days. And there will be a bunch of cool looking artsy-fartsy looking people in attendance we assume!
