1. Describe your style in 9 words, or less.
Colourful, quirky and playful.
2. What tools do you use to create your work?
I usually draw with ink on paper and colour my drawings in Adobe Photoshop.
3. What does your creative process look like?
First, I make a sketch of my idea and, if I like it, I transfer it onto paper, using a lightboard and ink pens. Then I scan it, and give it colour using Photoshop and a Wacom tablet.
4. Name three of your favourite subjects to draw.
Monsters, mushrooms and, you know, all the other cool stuff.
5. Do you eat mushrooms? Do you eat monsters?
No, and No!
6. Does Instagram change how you see the world?
I try not to be influenced by the shiny perfect world of Instagram, so I don’t think it has changed my way of seeing the world. But what I definitely love about Instagram is that you get to know so many talented people and see awesome artwork from all over the world!
7. Who’s your favourite Instagram artist you’re currently following?
There are many amazing artists but to name a few: @tin.eller, @biaschtlbude and @ricardocavolo
8. What does Vienna mean to you?
Vienna means being at home, but also having the freedom to do whatever I want.
What I really love about Vienna is the combination of nature and city! Places like the Prater, or the Alte Donau are just around the corner.
9. What’s your favourite place in Vienna?
Oh there are so many great places! When it comes to nature and parks, I love the Alte Donau, Lobau, the Donaukanal, Stadtpark and Burggarten. There are also great cafés and bars in Vienna, like Vollpension, Café Jelinek, Phil, WerkzeugH, Transporter, Donau and so on. I just love Vienna! Vienna has its own charm! For example you can find around 100 of these old weighing scales on the street in the city!
10. Anything else you want to add?
Thanks for having me – you are awesome!
