Two of the most popular clubs in town, Pratersauna & VIEiPEE, will host a massive New Year’s Eve party again this year, so we certainly hope you’ve been working on your new dance moves. Pro tip: the butterfly, the running man, and the Macarena are all socially unacceptable. Don’t even think about it. There will be five floors boasting various international and local artists spinning beats of the Electro variety to get you movin’ and groovin’.

The Latin American restaurant/bar, Mi Barrio, is having a special New Year’s Eve party that will combine a rich and tasty buffet with a Latin Salsa Party (wear your pretty dancin’ shoes!). Starting at 7pm, you’ll be wining and dining, and mentally prepping for a dance party that will keep you dancing all night. This party will involve 2 dance floors of Salsa, Latin and Party Mix music, and to keep your energy up, they will hand out small bottles of prosecco for everyone before midnight! Go LOCO!

A whole bunch of Drum and Bass will be making it into your earholes this New Year’s Eve if you’re at Flex, as they’ll turn up their mega sound system. With a bunch of different DnB heads getting up on the decks, you may well be surprised by what you hear and find yourself dancing like mad to it.

The Volksgarten’s New Year’s Eve party is a big deal most years. It’s a favourite for many reasons – the club knows how to throw a mega party over their three floors, it’s in prime position to get a good view of the midnight fireworks, and well, they typically recruit DJs that know how to keep you going until the early morning. So if you’re wanting to party hard in a club that’ll have a guaranteed lively crowd, this party is for you. Oh, and if you can commit, buy a ticket before as it’s cheaper, and you won’t have to wait in the line.
